SNMP Support Issue.

QUESTION:

Do your adapters support SNMP? What would be required
for your cards to be used with SNMP? I know that PNW
provides SNMP agents, now would it be possible to use those same
agents for independent use on your adapters? Let me know what you
think. Would he be better off using a 3rd party software package?

ANWSER:

We don't support SNMP agents.
Our NICs can support SNMP as long as your NOS or network
application provide SNMP agents.

Personal NetWare does support SNMP agents. You can load the SNMP
agents provided by PNW on our NICs. Please refer to chapter 11 of
"Personal NetWare Manual" for more detailed information.
